compressor
The compressor integrates a frequency converter, anti surge control, motor control, and cooling control. The compressor housing is made of aerospace cast aluminum material, the electronic component housing is made of high-strength thermoplastic material, the impeller is made of cast aluminum and machined into shape, using oil-free magnetic levitation bearings and variable frequency speed regulation, combined with digital network control technology to improve energy efficiency
Efficient evaporator
The shell is made of Q345R sheet metal, and the heat exchange copper tube is made of double-sided reinforced high-efficiency tube. The heat exchange tube has multiple materials and thicknesses to choose from. The spray plate is made of stainless steel plate and is formed by CNC machining to ensure uniform liquid separation. The refrigerant vapor does not require overheating, and the evaporation temperature can be greatly increased
Efficient condenser
The shell is made of Q345R plate, and the heat exchange copper tube is made of double-sided reinforced high-efficiency tube, which is used to condense the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant in the refrigeration system into liquid with a certain degree of subcooling, enabling the refrigeration unit to operate efficiently and energy-saving
Human machine interface and control center
Adopting advanced and highly integrated PLC integrated controller, fully automatic operation, can be connected to Modbs upper computer system, 10 inch full-color human-machine interaction interface, simple operation, equipment operation data, fault display and solutions are clear at a glance, and can be connected to operation service system
